Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Timeframes

• Standard shipping: 5–10 business days
• Some products are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers and may have different shipping timelines. Estimated delivery times will be noted on the product page where applicable.

Multiple Shipments If your order includes products from different suppliers, your items may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You'll receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us on Instagram @kind.earth.market with your order number and we'll investigate right away.
