• Colombian Supremo: Light roast with high acidity, subtle blueberry, and chocolatey caramel notes. Available in whole bean or ground, 1–5 lb bags.
• Ethiopian Yirgacheffe: Light roast with lemon, chocolate, and floral notes — washed and dried on raised beds in Ethiopia's Yirgacheffe region.
