Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Kind Earth Market. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Our Products (Bamboo Earth Co)

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• To start a return, send us an Instagram message @kind.earth.market with your order number and reason for return
• Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Third-Party Partner Products Some products in our store are fulfilled directly by third-party suppliers. Return eligibility for these items may vary by supplier. Please contact us on Instagram @kind.earth.market and we'll coordinate the return process on your behalf.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items when available. Contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it promptly at no cost to you.
